At settledminds, we offer three flexible ways to connect: online, in-person, and walking sessions. Whether you feel most at ease talking from home, prefer meeting face-to-face in our cozy in-person space, or would like to talk while engaging in gentle physical exercis with walking session, you can choose the setting that suits you the best.

Each format offers the same level of care and support, it really is just about what helps you feel most comfortable. We know that everyone’s needs are different, and we’re here to meet you where you are, both emotionally and physically.

€50 per 45 minutes

Access support from the comfort of your home. Whether facing life transitions, loneliness, or relationship challenges, we provide a supportive environment. We use evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused Coaching to help you reach your goals.

€60 per 45 minutes

Experience face-to-face support in a warm and welcoming space in Leiden. In-person sessions provide a personal connection while addressing challenges like stress, work/school performance, and relationship issues using proven techniques like CBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused Coaching.

In our fast-paced world, finding time for physical activity can be a challenge. Why not combine the benefits of nature, gentle exercise, and counseling? Our walking sessions take place in the parks of Amsterdam and nearby cities, offering a unique way to care for your mind and body.
